She’s passionate about making complex systems simple and enabling teams to unlock innovation without compromising compliance.  Outside of work, you can find Sonja hiking in national and local parks, always in search of a cheese plate and glass of wine at the end of the trail!

Steven work in Hollywood as VP of Development & Production at 20th Century Fox and EVP at DreamWorks, contributing to franchises such as Die Hard, Wolverine, Star Trek, and Transformers. His career has spanned media, film, and technology, beginning as a newscaster before moving into software engineering at IBM, then produced visual effects for blockbuster films like Independence Day, later founding Centropolis Effects, which he sold by age 28. 

Today, he continues his mission of helping people and now resides in Austin, Texas.
